Happy Paper Subscription Box

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY HAPPY PAPER BOX?

Your payment will draft on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be packed and ready to to ship within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier.

WHAT WILL I GET IN MY BOX EVERY MONTH?

The best thing about the Happy Paper Box is that it’s a complete surprise each month! I love giving you little sneak peaks and teases throughout the month, but ultimately I want it to be a mystery for you.

Each box contains 5-7 items that are handpicked by Marianne and coordinate with a particular theme or color scheme each month. Marianne searches long and far to find amazing craft supplies that we have never sold before, are unique, fun & inspiring for you! She also works with manufacturers to create customized items just for you, our HPP family!

You might see things such as unique and different types of paper, specialized tools for paper crafting, stamps (wood or clear), stickers, tags, tickets. Almost always, some fabulous ephemera will be included.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR THE BOX & DOES IT CHANGE?

Shipping is $8.95 and yes, it is the same every month, no matter the box weight.

WHEN WILL I GET MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

We cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates, but most deliveries are arriving within 2-5 days.

HOW DO I USE THE ITEMS IN MY BOX?

Each month, approximately 4-5 days after the boxes are shipped, Marianne will do a live unboxing on our Happy Paper People YouTube Channel. Immediately following that, she will host a LIVE Laugh & Craft using items from the box to create with. We recommend you subscribe to the HPP YouTube channel and activate notifications so you do not miss these fun events!

IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

No commitment. We’re sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, please log into your account on this website and cancel. Please note - cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY PAYMENT OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

You can update both your billing/payment information as well as your shipping address in your account on this website.

Other than the category of VINTAGE ITEMS, every product we offer is BRAND NEW. We are committed to offering the lowest price possible on the best, brand new products in the craft and art industry! We work specifically on keeping our small warehouse and staff running efficiently and cutting costs wherever we can and then pass the savings on to you, our valued customers!

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be wrong.  If the item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you of this. You may then either choose a similar item or receive a refund for that item.
